What began with a Blanton’s Single Barrel Bourbon in 2022 continued in Mexico, where the same barrel was used to age Tequila Corazón Reposado for another two years. Four years later, both exclusive pours, and the barrel that connected them, have arrived at The View Lounge, bringing one shared cask and two distinct spirits together in San Francisco.

Treecraft Distillery makes small-batch craft spirits using locally sourced ingredients to create the perfect grain-to-glass gin, vodka, rum, and whiskey. Their craft spirits are made with meticulous attention to detail using only fresh, natural, local ingredients.  They are the makers of the Lavender Hibiscus Gin, an ingredient in The View's signature Ten/89 Martini.  

Threecraft Distillery is one of only two certified LGBTQ-owned and operated distilleries in the United States.  They celebrate diversity and are proud certified members of the NGLCC.

The View Lounge created a D'Arcy's French 75 cocktail, and here's the recipe:

D'Arcy's French 75
Ingredients
• 1-ounce gin
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• 1/2 ounce simple syrup
• 3 ounces Champagne (or other sparkling wine)
• Garnish: lemon twist

Instructions
• Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
• Strain into a Champagne flute
• Top with Champagne
• Garnish with a lemon twist
